Being kept out of the team by assou ekotto would make any self respecting footballer turn to the bottle.

Boateng Rolling Eyes Not that he is doing anything wrong there, but if he cared half as much about football as his looks he might manage ONE half decent performance for us before we send him home.

Ref clearly a member of the kkk

afro = red card

Not even a free kick, a 50/50 duell it was.

rape lennon from behind = yellow card
kick bent to the ground every time he get the ball= clap

a clear foul on dawson overlooked...1-0

fucking disgrace of a ref

Need at least one proper striker asap, and please bench Bentley.

Whats wrong with bentley? And i dont mean that as if to undermine your comment, I'm just interested to know why you think he should be benched.

He's got a terrific long ball.

didn't see any of today's game but i'd guess because they've got no shortage of decent flair players in midfield and his form has been erratic to say the least

He's got a terrific long ball.

He rarely try to cross the ball when he is in good positions, instead he try something spectacular which always backfire on him. He is so easy to see through: pretend to cross, try to dribble instead, pretend to cross again, try to dribble, but he is to slow and don't have the techniqal ability to pull it off so he lose the ball and we are hit on the break because half the team is in the box waiting for the ball to be crossed.

In addition his free kicks and corners have been very very poor all season.

It doesn't help him that he has to play on the left, but he didn't do much earlier in the season when playing on the right either. Lennon is and has always been a far better right winger, waisting 15m on another right winger when we had Lennon and no established left winger is soo typical spurs. I'm not panicking as we are playing well enough to pick up enough points to finish midtable, based on chances and disregarding horrible refs we should have had 5-7 points from the last three games instead of 1. a good left winger (no idea who, please no stewart bentley) and 2 decent strikers (podolski and...) will make a lot of difference as the defence and even gomes are doing alright.

Levy would dig up Bill Nicholsons corpse, cut it up in small pieces and sell them as souvenirs if there was enough buyers/profit to be made.

I remember I thought so about HR in the summer when he managed to mention wright phillips in every interview, and I think he said something like "it would be great to have defoe here" the day after he got the spurs job. They still owed money for Pedro Mendes(!), defoe and kaboul, and spurs had a sell on clause worth 4m on defoe so they didn't have much choice. Basically taking advantage of his own mistakes.

smug

The two most bizzare transfer rumours in a while, Pennant has probably been on the phone to the tabloids himself

Close one tonight as well, almost in tears (almost) 3 minutes from the end of the extra time. Shocking performance, discovered why Gomes is asked to play with broken ribs and a wooden leg.

Heh, we (Carlisle) had Alnwick on-loan earlier this season and I wasn't that impressed. Was actually quite surprised you wanted him back (but pleased as we got Krul from Newcastle who is fucking brilliant). I think in his one month with us he conceded on average 2.66 goals a game. Even our utter shit first-choice keeper Ben Williams only conceded something like 1.5 a game.

Yeah I don't get it either, he could have called Carlisle's boss and asked how he is doing or sent someone there to have a look. He clearly isn't ready.

Redknapp is starting to lose it a bit. This constant whining about the squad and boadmouthing indinviual players in public isn't helpful (THAT is MY job!).

Redknapp quipped: “Palacios is suspended — he likes tackling you see, so I don’t know if he’ll be any good in our team.”

Some truth in that, but still unecessary.

Great thinking Harry "unbalanced squad" Redknapp! When Corluka, Hutton, Gunther and Zokora are unavailable at the same time this outstanding professional will come in handy.

Signing Cudicini make sense though, thanks for that.
